Entries for The Institute's UK Customer Satisfaction Awards 2027 are now OPEN!

The UK Customer Satisfaction Awards recognise organisations and individuals that have implemented successful customer service strategies. Organisations from across the UK can enter and will be judged by industry experts, business leaders and academics.

Entries are complimentary and open to members and non-members. Please download the Awards criteria here. Please see our Top Tips file to help you fill out and submit the entry. 

The awards ceremony takes place on the evening of 9 March 2027, following The Institute's industry-leading Annual Conference. The deadline for Awards submissions this year is the 16th October 2026.
